Assistant United States Attorney
Andrew Rohrbach is a former Assistant United States Attorney at the Southern District of New York (SDNY) who served as a prosecutor on the successful conviction and sentencing of Ghislaine Maxwell, a key associate of Jeffrey Epstein. Rohrbach was part of the prosecution team that secured Maxwell's conviction on sex trafficking charges in December 2021 and her subsequent 20-year prison sentence in June 2022. He also argued the government's position in Maxwell's appellate proceedings, defending the prosecution against claims that Epstein's 2007 non-prosecution agreement should have shielded her from charges. Rohrbach has no personal criminal accountability in the Epstein case; rather, he was instrumental in prosecuting one of Epstein's associates.
