Brice Gordon is a New Zealand property manager who served as one of Jeffrey Epstein's longest-serving and most trusted employees from at least 2003 through 2019. Gordon managed Epstein's Zorro Ranch in New Mexico and later co-managed his private island resort on Little St James with his partner Karen Gordon. In 2011, Epstein granted Gordon limited power of attorney to handle affairs in New Mexico. Gordon communicated directly with Epstein regarding ranch operations and guest coordination. Two days before Epstein's death in August 2019, a trust document listed Gordon to receive US$2 million. No sources indicate Gordon has been arrested, charged, convicted, or sentenced in connection with Epstein's crimes. Gordon is referenced in the Epstein Files as a staff member and manager but not as a subject of criminal investigation or legal accountability.
