Darren Indyke, Jeffrey Epstein's longtime personal lawyer, has been subpoenaed by the House Oversight Committee to testify about his role in Epstein's inner circle. Indyke was appointed as co-executor of Epstein's estate alongside accountant Richard Kahn. According to his attorney, Indyke and Kahn deny allegations and state that "not a single woman has ever accused either Mr. Indyke or Mr. Kahn of committing sexual abuse or witnessing sexual abuse." However, Democratic senators have raised concerns that the DOJ and FBI failed to question Indyke about his involvement in Epstein's financial infrastructure that supported sex trafficking activities. Indyke has been sued by Epstein victims for his role in managing funds and is scheduled to testify before Congress on March 5, 2026. Newly released Epstein files show Indyke handled press inquiries and legal matters for Epstein.
