Darren K. Indyke, Jeffrey Epstein's longtime personal attorney and co-executor of his estate, has been subpoenaed to testify before the House Oversight Committee on March 5, 2026, regarding his role in Epstein's inner circle.[1] According to his attorney, Indyke and accountant Richard Kahn deny allegations that they knowingly facilitated or assisted Epstein in sexual abuse or trafficking.[1] However, multiple sources allege that Indyke and Kahn were instrumental in managing the financial infrastructure that funded Epstein's sex trafficking operation, including controlling bank accounts, authorizing wire transfers, and obtaining large cash withdrawals.[3][6] Senate Democrats have demanded to know why the DOJ and FBI never questioned Indyke in connection with criminal investigations into Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, despite his decades-long employment and key role in Epstein's affairs.[3] Indyke has also been named as a defendant in civil lawsuits alleging complicity in the sex trafficking enterprise.[11]
