Countess Debonnaire Jane von Bismarck-Schönhausen (née Patterson; born 19 August 1959), commonly known as "Debbie" von Bismarck, is an English businesswoman, stylist, and socialite based in London. She founded a company called Debonnaire, which operates out of a boutique in Knightsbridge, London, selling vintage and internationally sourced women's clothing and accessories. Her sole documented connection to the Jeffrey Epstein case is her appearance in Epstein's black book, listed on page 5 under the entry "Debbie and Bola Von Bismarck." Epstein recorded four phone numbers and one address for her, with the main address located in London, United Kingdom. No sources identify the nature of any personal relationship between Debonnaire von Bismarck and Epstein. No sources indicate that she has been investigated, charged, arrested, or otherwise the subject of any legal proceeding in connection with Epstein or his associates. No sources identify her as a victim of Epstein. Appearance in Epstein's black book reflects that her contact information was kept by Epstein, but this alone does not establish the nature or extent of any connection. Multiple other individuals listed in the same black book have stated they had little or no personal relationship with Epstein. No further accountability determination is supported by available evidence.
