Harry Beller, Jeffrey Epstein's accountant and financial adviser for 22 years (1992-2014), is the subject of congressional investigation regarding his potential links to Epstein's sex trafficking operation. Beller had signatory authority over Epstein's accounts and personally conducted large cash withdrawals that were flagged by JPMorgan Chase in at least four Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) filed between 2002-2019. Senate Finance Committee Ranking Member Ron Wyden's analysis, released in November 2025, identified Beller as "an integral part of Epstein's financial operation" whose potential connections to sex trafficking crimes merit further investigation. In civil lawsuits, Beller's name appears on corporate records, tax documents, and incorporation papers for companies that allegedly facilitated Epstein's trafficking operation, though he has not been named as a defendant. Beller invoked the Fifth Amendment when questioned in a deposition in one civil lawsuit. Congressional legislation (S. 2746) specifically named Beller in requests for suspicious activity reports relating to Epstein and co-conspirators.
