Janusz Banasiak, a Polish national, served as Jeffrey Epstein's estate manager and second-in-command for over 20 years, managing his Palm Beach, Florida residence from February 2005 onward. He had access to Epstein's most private spaces, alarm codes, safe passwords, and banking information. According to court documents and investigative records, Banasiak was involved in the mechanism of exploitation: he distributed cash payments to young women lured to Epstein's properties under the pretense of massage work, many of whom became victims of sexual abuse.
