INTELLIGENCE SUMMARY

Pablos Holman (also referenced as 'Jeff Holman') is a technologist, hacker, and venture capitalist who maintained contact with Jeffrey Epstein from 2010 onwards. According to Department of Justice files released in January 2026, Holman was in communication with Epstein, planned to stay at one of Epstein's New York apartments in 2013, and assisted Epstein in developing strategies to suppress negative online coverage about him. Holman also facilitated Epstein's efforts to attend major hacking conferences including DEF CON and Black Hat, and forwarded technology-related communications to Epstein regarding edutainment and games. In February 2026, DEF CON banned Holman from future attendance based on these newly revealed connections. Holman has not been arrested, charged, convicted, or sentenced in connection with Epstein. No sources indicate he was a victim of Epstein's abuse. He appears in the investigation files as a business associate who facilitated Epstein's access to technology conferences and helped with online reputation management, but no criminal allegations against Holman have been documented in available sources.
