Karyna Shuliak, a dentist from Belarus, was Jeffrey Epstein's last girlfriend and final romantic partner from approximately 2010 until his death in 2019. According to recently released Justice Department files (February 2026), Epstein signed a financial trust document two days before his death naming Shuliak as his primary beneficiary, set to receive $100 million plus multiple properties including his New Mexico ranch, Paris apartment, and Little St. James Island, as well as a 32.73-carat diamond ring given "in contemplation of marriage." Documents reveal that Shuliak made one of Epstein's last phone calls from jail—a 15-20 minute conversation the evening before his death. She managed Epstein's inner circle and earned the nickname "The Inspector" among his staff due to her monitoring of his movements and activities. While she has not been charged with any crime, her central role in Epstein's organization and proximity to him continues to draw scrutiny. She is believed to be living in New York City, and prosecutors do not appear to be actively pursuing her, though questions about her exact role remain. The U.S. government has frozen the Epstein estate to compensate victims.
