Named on FBI co-conspirator list; unredacted by Congress (Feb 2026); identity unknown
Leonic Leonov (also identified as Leonid Leonov) was named on February 10, 2026, when U.S. Representative Ro Khanna publicly read six names from previously redacted Epstein files during a House floor speech. According to reporting, Leonov appears to be an ordinary New York resident and IT professional with no known involvement in Epstein-related crimes. The Deputy Attorney General stated that some of the six men named were 'completely random people selected years ago for an FBI lineup' with 'NOTHING to do with Epstein or Maxwell.' Leonov expressed surprise when contacted by reporters about being identified in the files, and no charges or legal action has been brought against him.
