Early Epstein accuser who cooperated with Palm Beach investigation
Michelle Licata was sexually abused by Jeffrey Epstein starting in December 2004 when she was 16 years old. She was recruited through a friend with the promise of earning money for giving a massage at what she believed would be a legitimate massage facility. Upon arriving at Epstein's Palm Beach mansion, she was coerced into sexual contact with Epstein. She became one of the earliest public survivors to disclose her abuse by name to the Miami Herald in 2017 during their "Perversion of Justice" investigation, helping reignite public scrutiny of the case and contributing to pressure that led to Epstein's re-arrest in 2019. Her public testimony revealed that she and other victims were excluded from the 2008 non-prosecution agreement negotiated by federal prosecutors.
Michelle Licata was a 16-year-old lured to Jeffrey Epstein's Palm Beach mansion for a supposed massage that turned into sexual abuse and coercion, part of his pattern of targeting underage girls.
