Alberto Pinto was Jeffrey Epstein's interior designer for his East 71st Street Manhattan residence. According to multiple news sources, Pinto appeared in Epstein's infamous 'black book' of contacts and private jet flight log. Pinto was specifically named in an alleged rendezvous to Paris involving Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and a then-17-year-old Virginia Roberts (later known as Virginia Giuffre), according to a lawsuit filed by Giuffre. Pinto died in 2012 at age 69, prior to Epstein's 2019 arrest. Items from Epstein's mansion that Pinto sourced or designed—including a bed frame, Chinese figures, and a desk chair—were later sold at auction by Millea Bros. Auctioneers in June 2025, with proceeds benefiting Epstein's estate administration and victim compensation.
