Emmy Tayler is identified as a victim of Jeffrey Epstein. Tayler was Ghislaine Maxwell's personal assistant from 1997 to 2001 and was listed in Epstein's Black Book. In 2023, she successfully settled a libel case against HarperCollins Publishers after the publisher falsely accused her of facilitating abuse of another victim, with the court finding those allegations against her to be "clearly defamatory." Tayler's vindication in the libel case occurred after she was wrongly portrayed in media accounts as a facilitator of Epstein's crimes rather than being recognized as a survivor herself.
