British socialite listed in Epstein's black book
Clare Hazell-Iveagh (1975-2025), a British interior designer and aristocrat, had significant documented contact with Jeffrey Epstein before her 2001 marriage to Arthur Edward Guinness, 4th Earl of Iveagh. Flight records show she traveled on Epstein's private jet approximately 32-40 times over four years. The UK's National Crime Agency flagged her to the FBI in 2020 as an 'allegedly a close contact of Epstein' and suspected key member of his inner circle. Survivor Virginia Giuffre alleged in newly released Epstein documents that Hazell sexually abused her, though Giuffre's 2021 public comments were complex, stating Hazell 'wasn't forced into it' and 'obviously had a choice.' The allegation was never tested in court. Hazell was listed in Epstein's 'Black Book' and Epstein paid for her Ohio State University education, which she described as an 'almost personal scholarship.' She resigned from her NSPCC presidency in 2020 following the public allegations. Hazell died of brain cancer on December 23, 2025, at age 51, and Giuffre died in April 2024. No criminal charges, arrests, convictions, or sentencing records are documented in available sources.
