Slovak-born Epstein associate brought to US as a teenager; named co-conspirator; became his pilot
Nadia Marcinkova is a Slovak-born pilot who served as Jeffrey Epstein's personal pilot and assistant. She was brought to the United States at approximately age 15 and became deeply embedded in Epstein's criminal enterprise. Multiple victims testified that she both facilitated and participated in sexual abuse of minors, including being directly instructed by Epstein to engage in sexual acts with underage girls. Despite these serious allegations, Marcinkova was granted immunity from prosecution under Epstein's 2008 Florida non-prosecution agreement and has never been arrested, charged, or convicted. Her lawyers have characterized her as a victim who was "severely traumatized," yet court filings and victim testimony describe her active role in recruitment and abuse. She invoked the Fifth Amendment over 42 times during a deposition regarding her involvement. Marcinkova has reportedly been missing since early January 2024, coinciding with the release of final Epstein documents.
Nadia Marcinkova was a longtime Epstein associate, pilot of his Lolita Express, named unindicted co-conspirator with immunity in his 2008 deal, accused by victims of engaging in sex acts with them, and described by Epstein as his purchased sex slave from age 15.
